Quick Steps to Request a Return/Exchange: If you are having a problem with your product simply follow the steps below.

  1. Call our Returns Hotline 01 902 2648 and tell us your issue; we may be able to diagnose and fix it during the call.
  2. If our Support team cannot resolve the issue, we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Should that occur,
  • Pack and ship the product back to us
  • We will test and inspect the product
  • We will refund, replace, or exchange the product within 15 days


Return Guidelines. In order for us to efficiently process your return please follow these guidelines:

  • Request your RMA by visiting Returns Section within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • Return the item to the address provided with your RMA within 7 days.
  • Send your item in a shipping box with an RMA clearly affixed to the outside. Without the RMA your return may not be processed.
  • Re-pack the product with ALL of its parts, accessories, and manuals to avoid restocking fees. Please pack the items to prevent damage in transit and keep the product’s packaging in its original condition.
  • For your protection, please delete all personal data on products with SD cards, mini/micro SDs, and internal memory from any exchanged or returned products. Spyder Surveillance cannot be held responsible for any personal data left on or in an exchanged or returned product.


Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of some of our products, some products cannot be returned and/or have return limitations. Please see the list below for the products that fall into these categories:

Single-Use Devices: Items purchased for one-time use cannot be returned after the product has been used. These include GPS Tracking devices and bug and camera detectors
Software & Services: All Software; activation and monthly service fees; and shipping charges
Potentially Contaminated/Exposed Products: Ear Pieces

Other Products: Made-to-order/custom-built hidden cameras and physically damaged items

In rare cases we may charge restocking fees. The following is a list of situations where fees may apply:
