Infra red illumination with two brightness settings (for near and far viewing) that switches on only when dark to extend battery life.

Passive Infra Red (PIR) detector that is always active. When a person, vehicle or large animal is detected the camera, illumination (if dark) and the recorder are all activated.

Time and date stamping on the video recordings for use as evidence

Recording stops on an event such as the person or vehicle moving out of range or after a selectable time. This means all your recordings will be relevant and saves you trawling through hours of video to find the event you are looking for.

PC software supplied to play/search video/audio from the SD card and translate to .AVI format. Memory overwrite is also an option so oldest recordings are discarded to memory is never filled.
